Our extra virgin olive oil is made 100% from Italian olives that are grown in our SelvaGiurata® groves, located on a hill that is approximately 1,000 meters from the sea.
Our olives trees are exclusively varieties from the Marche region and are cultivated in a way that respects tradition and nature and with limited chemical treatment.
Our olives are harvested at the beginning of their maturation process, and within eight hours we mill them to guarantee and preserve their freshness, flavor, and fragrance.
The final result is SelvaGiurata®’s non-filtered extra virgin olive oil, which distinguishes itself for its crisp taste and unique flavors.
OUR LOCAL IDENTITY
Our wheat is synonymous with identity and tradition.
Wheat is a staple that has always been on our tables and that has crossed centuries. It is for this reason that we wanted our wheat production to be sustainable from an ecological standpoint and for our clients.
We select traditional durum wheat varieties that are simple and can adapt to local geography.
By doing so, we produce a durum wheat semolina that becomes a healthy, delicious pasta with high nutritional value.
