HEALTHY RAW MATERIALS THAT ARE HARVESTED AT THE RIGHT TIME PRODUCE EXCELLENT EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

To ensure optimal milling results, our olives are harvested before they are completely ripe, as soon as they begin to change color in advance of the beginning of veraison.

 

The olives are then stored in aerated containers for at most eight hours.

Before milling, all residual leaves are removed and the olives are rinsed, after which they are mechanically cold-pressed so as not to affect their natural flavor and fragrance.

All the olives varieties are blended to obtain SelvaGiurata®’s non-filtered extra virgin olive oil, which has low acidity, a lively flavor, and unique fragrance.

Our extra virgin olive oil brings out the taste of the food it accompanies in a delicate and balanced way by adding fragrance and flavor.

Our SelvaGiurata® olive groves are located on Monte Renzo in the Municipality of San Benedetto del Tronto, approximately 1,000 meters from the Adriatic Sea.

 

To bring our oil on your tables we have chosen stainless steel AISI 304 bottles.

Thanks to our bottles we can guarantee the oil protection in time, by reducing any alteration due to external agents, preventing oxidations and protecting the product from light and impacts.

Our bottles are light, shatterproof, reusable over time and 100% recyclable.

HANDMADE PURE OLIVE OIL SOAP

 

We handmake our cold process, 100% natural bar soap with our very own SelvaGiurata® extra virgin olive oil.

Highly soothing and calming, our soap can be used on even the most delicate and sensitive of skin types, regenerating your skin and make it soft to the touch.

The olive oil’s naturally high percentage of unsaponifiable material and rich quantities of polyphenols and antioxidants will leave a beneficial and soothing, pH-neutral barrier on your skin after rinsing.
