Our artisanal pasta is 100% made from wheat grown on our fields.

The durum wheat grows exclusively on our fields in San Benedetto del Tronto, 75% of which are located in the
Sentina Regional Nature Reserve.
​
Our orchard register is a testament to our environmentally friendly production methods that seek to respect tradition and nature and limit chemical treatment.
Our artisanal pasta, made from our durum wheat semolina, is produced using fresh water from the Sibillini Mountains and is bronze-drawn so that its surface is rough and porous, helping it to blend perfectly with any sauces it is cooked with.

The low-temperature (45° Celsius) and slow drying process guarantee the semolina’s natural characteristics, flavor and fragrance.
