ACCOMODATIONS – WHERE PAST AND PRESENT MEET

We are very proud of our solar panel-powered, zero-emission property.

Our farmhouse offers peace and quiet and is immersed in the agricultural area of the unique Sentina Regional Nature Reserve. We are located just a short walk away from the beautiful coastline and are just a few kilometres away from San Benedetto del Tronto.

In renovating the farmhouse, we wanted to preserve its spirit and historical roots, in line with local building regulations and the regulations of the nature reserve.

We maintained the structure of the original living spaces, embellishing them with traditional and recycled materials while adding small touches of design.

Furnishings and decorations were retrieved from other properties and reflect our passion for giving new life to objects of the past.

Guests have access to the living area thanks to an east-facing staircase that we decorated with colourful, repurposed tiles dating back to the 1930s and that came from the restoration of an historic building in nearby Grottammare.

The staircase leads to the large kitchen and dining area, which are next to a large main bedroom and bathroom, while two additional large bedrooms and additional bathroom are located in the west wing of the same floor.

When gazing out the window, guests will enjoy stunning scenery.

Around the house, the landscaping and gardens contain original plants and shrubs, and we planted additional, typical Mediterranean vegetation including olive trees, oleanders, laurel and rosemary.

Guests can also enjoy fresh vegetables from our vegetable garden.

Outside, you’ll find an original, restored washtub and an area with a barbecue under a pergola of old vines that we saved from abandon. Guests can also take advantage of our heated pool.
